Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Act or Pass! Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Pre-Orders Processing Time: Orders will ship out between July 20, 2025, and August 1, 2025.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.  

Delivery: Act or Pass is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to United States and certain International Regions. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain destinations.

International Regions: We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to include international destinations soon. Stay tuned for updates
