We accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of customers receipt or tracking number on unopened items. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Return shipping will NOT be reimbursed. We do not accept international returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including the game's plastic wrap) and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. We do not accept exchanges.

Shipping 

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items or canceled orders.

How to Submit a Return Request?

  1. Log into your account > https://account.actorpassgame.com OR click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
